QUALIFICATIONS*
· Minimum 5 years OSHPD experience.
· BA in field related to Construction is preferred by not required.
· Medical, commercial, industrial, institutional and tenant improvement construction experience.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· CMP schedule development, implementation and weekly updates.
· Project cost control.
· Estimating skills.
· Excellent communication and written skills.
· Extensive knowledge of AIA Contract documents.
· Organization and time management skills.
