Job Title: IT Specialist - End User Equipment Job Overview: As an IT Specialist focusing on end user equipment, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of hardware needs, including printers, conference room technology, and laptops.
Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating equipment upgrades, and ensuring smooth operation of all end user devices.
You will collaborate closely with other IT teams and departments to provide excellent support and maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Key Responsibilities: End User Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of end user equipment such as printers, scanners, projectors, monitors, and other peripherals.
Ensure all end user equipment is properly configured, updated with the latest software patches, and functioning optimally.

Develop user-friendly guides, manuals, and knowledge base articles to assist end users in resolving common hardware issues independently.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and emerging trends in end user equipment management and support.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Specialist or similar role, with a focus on end user equipment management and support.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues across various devices and platforms.
Strong knowledge of printer technologies, networking principles, and peripheral connectivity.
Familiarity with conference room technologies, including audiovisual systems and video conferencing solutions.
Experience with laptop and mobile device management tools, such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or AirWatch.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with end users at all levels of technical proficiency.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
Compensation Range: $60,668.
