Construction Project Manager

_Construction Project Manager - Waterproofing _ We are a Design and Construction company focusing on the development of Water Proofing Systems, Water Features, and Vapor Mitigation Systems.
Our team of architects, engineers and contractors collaborate to develop optimized building solutions.
Our team is looking for Construction Project Managers with experience in or the willingness to learn how to construct Water Proofing Systems, Water Features, and Vapor Mitigation Systems.
We offer training to all our team members to ensure they are growing with us.
*Responsibilities:* * Follow instruction provided by Senior Project Manager.
* Set and enforece goals and deadlines with Foreman.
* Understand and explain Material Details to Foreman.
* Commuinicate with clients and conduct on site meetings.
* Lead Construction crew and provide instructions to complete projects.
* Maintain documentation for the safety of Crew.
* Maintain documentation for progress reports and task reports to Project Managers.
* Prepare site conditions for waterproofing or roofing.
* Apply Waterproofing systems for below grade applications.
* Work with team members to get large projects done together.
* Maintaining a safe work environment.
*Requirements:* 2-years Construction Management Experience (Required).
High school or equivalent Education (Preferred).
Ability to travel to different jobsites.
Valid Driver’s License Ability and willingness to drive Company truck Experience on a construction crew.
Pass a drug and background screening.
Must be 18+ Years old.
Must be able to be to work consistently.
Must be Reliable and have excellent communication skills.
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.
00 - $35.
