NOW HIRING: Construction Project Supervisor (Property Management - San Fernando Valley & Santa Clarita Valley).
Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000.
Plus Commission: Up to $48,000 annually.
Full-Time, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 1-Hour lunch break.
Weekends off!

JOB EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in all phases of residential (apartment/homes) construction and/or maintenance, including turnovers, remodeling, renovations, and maintenance repairs.
Minimum of 2 year of construction budgeting, estimating, and sales.
Minimum of 2 year of supervision and scheduling experience, leading a team of technicians in all the different trades (plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, framing, carpentry, painting, etc.
).
Strong knowledge of property management procedures, laws, and regulations.
Great leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and professional appearance (This position interacts with residents, property owners/clients, and vendors).
Proven ability to provide excellent high quality customer service.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Experience performing and coordinating regular before/after inspections to accurately assess assigned projects.
(Possible approval of the completed project on any new structure, additions, alterations, retaining walls, various accessory structures, and demolition of existing structures).
Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Zoom and other basic computer programs.
Preferred experience using AppFolio, Quick Book T-Sheets or willing to learn!
ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Unexpired valid CA Driver License.
Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance.
Must clear background check, drug test, and driving record check.
Must provide 3-professional references (Previous or current boss, manager, supervisor – No friends or family).

Ensure fast completion of work orders and market-ready units to standard of excellence.
Conduct frequent inspections/walk-throughs of vacancies to assess repairs needed.
Schedule and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
