As just one person, it’s hard for me to get in front as many sellers as I need to so it’s worth paying a small army to canvas the area and either knock on doors or simply look within your network to find deals.
This is NOT a job and I am not paying an hourly wage.
I am simply asking for warm referrals and in exchange I will pay you a fee.
You can decide how much time you want to put into it.
If you know one person who is ready, that is great.
If you want to door knock every day, that is fine also.
I am not just looking for addresses of ugly homes.
I am looking for you to make contact with the seller first to ensure they are selling.
