```Duties:```
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
- Build and install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans
- Install windows, doors, and hardware
- Construct scaffolding and other temporary structures
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations on construction sites
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a framer or carpenter
- Proficient in trim carpentry and concrete finishing
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for metal building erection
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus
- Experience in remodeling projects is preferred
- Welding skills are a plus
