Duties: - Oversee and manage construction Crews/projects from start to finish - Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications - Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the construction process - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports.
Requirements: - Proven success as a Carpenter Foreman or similar role – Must be skilled in framing and drywall - skilled in concrete or other trades a plus - Strong knowledge of safety protocols - In-depth knowledge of quality construction processes, techniques, and materials - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics interpretation - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Submit to Government background check
