Duties / Essential Functions
Manages the onsite project team and all trades, consultants, and vendors in order to meet budget, schedule, and scope of project
Creates a healthy team environment and implements company values on the project level
Lead project planning / coordination meetings, construction site walks / meetings and inter-office / client meetings.
Creates and maintains all project manager level deliverables (i.
e.
project schedule, live project budget, etc.
)
Manages and delegates all superintendent and project coordinator level deliverables (i.
e billing packages, change orders, proposals, trade log, etc.
)
Researches, finds and troubleshoots potential conflicts / issues in design or construction during all phases – from conceptual design through to construction / build delivery.
Requirements:
Education/Work Experience
Minimum 10 years of field experience or Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
PMP Certification desirable but not required
Technical and computing skills including ability to use some or all of the following software:
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Project
Workflow or communication experience in some or all of the following categories:
Verbal communications involving phone calls, teleconferences, video conferences
Written communications involving memos, emails, forms, reports and documentation
Direct communications and meetings involving interpersonal meetings with project teams, consultants, professionals, manufacturers, vendors, contractors, clients and inter-office staff
