*Residential Elevators*
*Elevator Inspector*
*Base pay is $40-$45 per hour*
The Elevator Inspector will ensure all elevators are installed to meet NEC, ASME, and local home elevator codes for in the City of Los Angeles.
This position also conducts quality inspections, service calls, and maintenance as needed.
This position spends the majority of the time on the road traveling to various Residential Elevator job sites.
*Requirements*
* Must have CET, City of Los Angeles Elevator Mechanic License, or successfully completed NEEIP program
* Electrical skills and schematic reading
* Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
* Occasional overnight travel
* Must be customer-oriented self-starter
* Must be able to work in confined spaces (attics)
* Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools
* Must have valid drivers’ license plus clean driving record and pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
* High school diploma or GED
*Physical Attributes:*
* Working at heights and on ladders
* Lifting 50lbs or more
* Climbing
* Prolonged standing
* Extensive walking
*License/Certification:*
* Driver's License (Preferred)
* CET, City of Los Angeles Elevator Mechanic License, or successfully completed NEEIP program
