Maintenance tech (Los Angeles)

We are looking for well rounded tradesmen who has a solid work ethic.
Will be required to pass a criminal background check, fingerprints, have a clean drivers license, basic tools and reliable transportation- min 5+ years experience in Carpentry, drywall, paint, basic electrical skills- Position would include doing daily checklist, reporting findings and making repairs as needed.
bi weekly pay, sick pay, vacation time $25-$35 this is a full time position
