We are looking to recruit an energetic, detail-oriented parking lot checker to maintain our lot.
Lot Checkers are responsible for verifying payments, issuing parking notices, and helping patrons understand the rules of the parking lots for off-street locations.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experiencing preferred.
Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions in the application of revenue accounting and cash accounting.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver's license
Dependent upon location, parking attendants might have to stand or sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities:
Must have a valid driver's license
Patrolling parking lots to confirm parking compliance.
Great customer service skills.
Content on being outdoors in various climates.
Advise supervisor regarding problems, unsafe lot conditions, maintenance deficiencies, signage requirements, etc.
Make recommendations regarding adjudication of parking tickets.
Be responsible for monitoring, procurement, and installation of all parking/traffic signs.
Be responsible for weekly data collection
Operate motor vehicles, radio transmitters, receivers, and/or other tools and equipment as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned
