We have an exciting opportunity to join our Raytheon Fire Control Radars team for the F15 and Product Lines! This role requires a strong, self aware individual to manage and deliver on commitments for the F-15 AESA Fire Control Radar Product line and be a leader of the program and functional teams driving results.
This area is responsible for multiple radar configurations supporting Air Force, Navy, and international customers.
This role requires an individual with strong communication skills up and down the organization and a history of leadership to drive the team (including multiple program managers and functions) toward a common goal of delivering radars on cost and on time for our customers.
This individual will be responsible for improving results and maintaining strong communication and relationships with our main manufacturing facility in located in Forest, Mississippi and our suppliers across the US.
This individual will be a key stakeholder in executing and enhancing the AESA Production strategy to achieve our long range plan and continue to grow the business into the 5 year.
This role will require significant and demonstrated knowledge in production programs, supply chain strategies, and efficient factory management.
This is a results oriented position in which results externally and internally will be measured frequently.
This position is a hybrid role reporting to the Sr Director of ARS Production and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.
This position will require travel between customer, supplier, and factory locations to ensure production operations are on schedule.
Responsibilities: Make or exceed financial commitments to the corporation for bookings, sales, profit and cash Lead the program and functional teams to drive results Build and maintain team moral and a positive “can win” culture Execute and modify goals, strategy, actions, and metrics for processes to support efficient and accurate cost estimating and predictable program execution (cost and schedule) Execute and improve where necessary goals, strategy, actions and metrics to ensure AESA Production product line growth Execute and improve where necessary goals, strategy, actions and metrics to deliver the requisite talent, in the requisite location and at the right time, to support growth and execution objectives Basic Qualifications: Typically requires University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience Ability to travel for customer, company and program related activities (approx.
25 - 50% of role requires travel) Business capture and proposal development experience Demonstrated experience as a leader of employees Experience with Earned Value (EV) and/or P&L management Demonstrated experience managing Production and/or similar type programs Active and transferable U.

government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date U.

com/global/en/raytheon-el-segundo-ca-location The salary range for this role is 181,000 USD - 363,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
