Project Manager/Construction Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule - Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Provide regular project updates to senior management Qualifications: - English and Spanish speaking preferred - Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team If you are an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead challenging projects in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.
