Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team.
As a Medical Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for medical services.
This position requires knowledge of medical coding, terminology, and billing systems.

Responsibilities: - Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate codes (ICD-9, ICD-10) for diagnoses and procedures - Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient information, treatments, and services - Verify insurance coverage and process claims for reimbursement - Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any billing discrepancies or denials - Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries or disputes - Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines and billing regulations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or coding - Proficient in medical terminology, DRG coding, and billing systems (e.
