Are you a seasoned Swim School Aquatics Operations Manager with a passion for creating a safe and exciting environment? Little Fins Swim School is on the lookout for an experienced Aquatics Operations Manager to spearhead the day-to-day operations at our first location.
As our Swim School Aquatics Operations Manager, you will be the captain of our aquatic ship, steering the course and ensuring the smooth sailing of our programs.

Little Fins is an Infant Survival Swimming School located in Santa Monica, CA.
We’re a team of high-performance, passionate individuals teaching Survival Swimming and Stroke Development to infants and children 3 months - 6 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet parents, monitor student progress, and answer questions parent
* Manage Daily Operations of an Infant Survival Swimming School
* Recruit, Train, and and Manage a Team of Instructors
* Create and Manage Employee, Pool, and Class Schedules
* Teach Swim Instruction as Needed
* Record and document incidents involving employees, customers, and pool-related occurrences
* Clean and Prepare Pool Deck for Lessons
Qualifications:
* 2+ Years Experience as Aquatics Manager
* 2+ Years Experience as a Survival Swim Instructor
* 2+ Year Experience working with Infants and Children
* ARC First Aid, CPR, & AED Certifications
* ARC Lifeguard & Water Safety Instruction Certification - preferred
* Certified Pool Operator Certification - preferred
* High School Diploma
Key Skills:
* Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Proficient in Google G-Suite Apps
* Customer Service Skills
* Bilingual in Spanish and English - preferred
