About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing timelines in the beauty new product development space.
You have a passion for the nuances of the beauty process and understand the importance of being flexible and are adaptable to changing situations, always coming up with a solution.
This candidate will be a crucial part of the team and will work closely with product development, packaging, supply chain, and quality.
About The Role
The Project Manager, Supply Chain will update and maintain all timelines related to new product development.
Requires strong project management, problem solving and influence management skills and experience leading projects of moderate scope and complexity in a fast-paced global supply chain that is part of a dynamic startup corporation.
This includes:
Maintaining, managing, and updating all NPD timelines.
Driving cross-functional team members in the NPD process to ensure milestones are met.
Leading project review meetings to proactively identify, communicate, and elevate risk and support risk mitigation efforts with key stakeholders.
Providing ad hoc timelines or timeline scenarios for various team members.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years' experience in beauty supply chain
Strong understanding of the beauty NPD process and timelines
Understanding of the beauty product development, packaging, sourcing, and testing processes
Expert level knowledge in Smartsheet
Exceptional understanding of department and intercompany business practices

Compensation: $40-50/hour.
This is a temporary contract/consultant position from February – July, 2024 at 40 hours/week.
