As our Office Manager is preparing for maternity leave, we are seeking a versatile and dedicated professional to join our team from June 2024 through October 2024.
This full-time, temporary position blends management, reception, and executive assisting roles.
Responsibilities Include:
MANAGEMENT DUTIES: Overseeing daily operations, coordinating with staff, and ensuring exceptional client service.
REEPTION/FRONT OFFICE: Answering calls, managing appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and setting up treatment rooms.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTING: Providing direct support to our leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Experience in office management and reception.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
**Team player with a friendly but professional demeanor.

Dependable and proactive, with proficiency in computer usage.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Details:
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate.
Employment Type: Temporary, Full-time (32 to 40 hours per week).
