*Position Overview:*
We seek a talented and inventive Package Designer who is fluent in both Korean and English.
The ideal candidate will merge artistic flair with cultural insights to generate compelling packaging designs for our beauty product range.
Working closely with the Art Director, the candidate will blend contemporary design practices with market needs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Design detailed packaging (dielines) and product concepts under the supervision of the Creative Director or management.
* Prepare print-ready files for Printing Production Art Works, including Spot and 4C Process Printing, tailored for global markets.
* Explore creative ideas influenced by color trends and the competitive landscape, focusing on appealing to both Korean and English-speaking customers.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines and comprehensive completion of revisions.
* Collaborate with the Purchase Department for brainstorming, mock-ups, and presentations, catering to diverse markets.
* Develop mock-ups, samples, and promotional materials (offer sheets, catalogs, banners, ads).
* Produce digital and social media marketing materials for multiple linguistic audiences.
* Retouch digital product images and other marketing media for universal appeal.
*Qualifications:*
* At least 5 years of experience in Packaging Design, showcasing a portfolio that highlights beauty and fashion expertise.
* Required experience in Beauty & Fashion, Cosmetic, and/or Skin Care design.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign on Mac, capable of designing for an international audience.
* Comprehensive ability from concept to completion, with knowledge in Spot and 4C Process Printing.
* Excellent skills in typography and visual composition, capable of creating comprehensive comps for a global audience.
* Strong work ethic, suitable for a high-paced environment and diverse clientele.
* Outstanding multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifts in priorities.
* Detail-oriented to follow directives from creative leadership and management, emphasizing multicultural marketing approaches.
* Must have legal work status in the U.
S.
, with Korean bilingual.

*Compensation:* $30 - $34 per hour (Depending on Experience)
