We're looking for a passionate, service oriented, positive and hardworking individual with a love for fitness to join our front desk team at our new premium club opening in Los Angeles.
The Front Desk will be Responsible for: You will provide excellent customer service and will ensure a world class concierge and lifestyle experience from start to finish.
Your role will report to the Membership Manager.
In the role, you will: Be naturally warm, welcoming by nature.
Stay informed on the latest offerings within the club and community to guarantee the members' experience is exceptional.
Be responsible for all aspects of membership, from serving as the first point of contact for membership-related questions to organizing tours for future members.
Drive new membership sales.
Perform concierge duties for our members including making reservations to our restaurant, booking pool cabanas, spa appointments etc.
Prepare members' welcome packets for all new member introduction and onboarding.
Be comfortable discussing all of Heimat's amenities.
Manage the membership CRM system and make sure it is updated.
Be comfortable cold-calling members as well as field incoming requests and calls pertaining to updating account details, payment information and collecting payment.
Support members with accessing various accounts and apps like Techno Gym and wellness apps.
Perform administrative duties including the following but not limited to, filing member's contract, data entry, telephone, and email correspondence, updating members' contact information, daily birthday reports.
Monitor member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.
Maintain regular and seamless communication with new and existing members by being approachable, detail oriented, and having presence on each floor to speak with members in person.
Perform any additional duties as requested by management.

Your ability to prioritize allows for efficient workflows while delivering outstanding results.
TEAM LEAD - You'll have a dedicated team of hospitality and fitness professionals.
You'll ensure that they are all motivated and aligned for success with the best tools and resources, ready to provide five-star hospitality to all members and guests.
Additionally, recruiting and training talent will fall under your remit as you work to build a best-in-class membership services desk.
Job Requirements: Minimum of2 years of service industry experience.
Ability to proficiently use POS and CRM systems, and any other computer programs required to meet the business needs of the club.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Provided ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and prioritize, as necessary.
Project experience in generating personal sales.
Prior experience in answering high-volume phone lines.
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights weekends, holidays, and special events.
Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 30lbs.
