We are a start-up incubator based in Los Angeles that focuses on supporting innovative small businesses in the creator economy and e-commerce industry.
We are looking for a content-savvy social media manager to join our team and run our brand accounts.
Content creators to the front!
Content Creation: Produce high-quality video and photo content that showcases our fragrance products, tells compelling brand stories, and resonates with our target audience.
On-Camera Presence: Be the face of the brand, appearing in videos, live streams, and other content to connect with our audience authentically.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and objectives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and educational content.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and creating a sense of community around our brand.
Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow our social media following across platforms, utilizing organic and paid methods.
Data Analysis: Analyze social media metrics and user insights to track the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and credibility.
Conversion Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to drive audience conversion to customers through effective calls to action, promotions, and partnerships.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure our social media presence remains cutting-edge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio of video and photo content.
A dynamic and engaging on-camera presence.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional storytelling and content strategy skills.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience with lifestyle, wellness, fragrance or beauty brands is a plus.
Experience with paid social (Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
This is a 90% remote position with occasional requirements to be at content capture days and in person meetings.
Salary
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
