Immediate Openings for an Exceptional Full-time Licensed Massage Therapist!
*Location:* *LAX Airport - AMEX Centurion Lounge*
Located in the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) is Exhale's mini-spa offering *15-minute spa therapies within The Centurion® Lounge*, a travel retreat designed exclusively for American Express® Card Members.
*Position Summary:*
The Therapist is responsible for administering Exhale *15-minute therapies*, according to standard operating procedures.
*Position Requirements*
* Maintain a working relationship with American Express MSPs and American Express Lounge Director
* Administer all scheduled treatments and related spa services, according to standard operating procedures.
* Continue ongoing education in massage/ nail therapy practices.
* Attend associate meetings and workshops.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the spa area, according to standard operating procedures.
* Follow Exhale protocol for client greeting, goal setting, health history documentation, and follow-up communications.
* Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
* Adhere to all corporate, departmental, and spa operational policies and procedures.
* Respond to guest questions and associate concerns in a timely, professional manner.
* Maintain a high level of guest rapport and service.
* Adhere to company guidelines and core values.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal guests.
* Assist with maintaining inventory levels and ensuring supplies are restocked.
* Play an active and hands-on role in support of the overall Cleaning and Sanitation procedures.
* Follow all Airport safety policies and procedures
* Maintain a high level of guest rapport and service.
* Adhere to company guidelines and core values.
*Education and/or Skills Required*:
* Massage or Nail license as required by state and/or county law.
* Proven work experience as a Massage Therapist or Nail Tech
* Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
* Display good organizational, written, and verbal skills
