Previous call center and/or customer service experience highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer Bilingual English/Spanish – A PLUS Candidates must have the ability to work a versatile schedule, which may include Saturdays Prior Automotive experience is not required….

00 per hour Commission Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the Team Member.
Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by the Vice President of Fixed Operations.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location and experience.
