Outreach and Events:
Contributes to the overall resident and prospect experience.
Maintains high level of visibility within the community and engages residents during the day to day interactions and planned outreach events.
Responsible for Outreach and Business Development efforts for the Lorenzo including coordination of school and community outreach events through relationship building and events.
Ensures that all event programming is purpose driven to ensure the maximum potential leases are signed during or as a result of the event.
Coordinates with the Resident Life team to execute their monthly floor events.
Manages event budgets while exercising discretion in spending and vendor price negotiations to meet financial objectives.
Delegates assignments to event staff with clear expectations, requirements and goals.
Submits all necessary check requests for approved events.
Works closely with the Leasing Manager and Resident Services Manager to develop the events, outreach, and communications calendars based on the Lorenzo Marketing Plan and provides the finalized and approved calendar for upload to the Website, Active Building, social media and distribution to all residents, as appropriate.
Coordinates all event logistics through staff and vendors Oversees the purchase of supplies for events and the vendor selection process.
Tracks all event and outreach spending and reconciles receipts at the end of each event.
Ensures that all events are properly staffed.
Sales and Marketing: Present quotes for purchase of promotional items throughout the year as budgeted.
Input all new leads and referrals generated from both onsite and outreach events into CRM.
Creates and assess lead tracking campaigns in CRM.
Ensure that all Lorenzo community branding standards are adhered to.
Creates graphic design elements and flyers for events, advertising and communications.
Stays up to date with the weekly competitive market survey.
Collaborates with Corporate Marketing to implement, track, and analyze marketing efforts.
Coordinates with the Corporate Marketing on search engine optimization.
Updates the website and ILSs with approved content.
Delivers regular updates to Management concerning traffic and conversion of prospects.
Ensures events are well advertised, promoted and communicated to residents through the various communication outlets available to the community.
Designs and disseminates information on behalf of the Lorenzo through the various channels, such as Active Building, kiosks, signage, flyers, SMS, and email.
Ability to lease and renew.
Social Media and Reputation Management: Responsible for maintaining community's online presence through the delegation, oversight and execution of social media strategy.
Develop strategies to increase fan base on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, and lnstagram, by outlining a campaign calendar and conceptualizing tactics to increase audience participation and drive traffic to social sites.
Creates relevant content and interactive media experiences through social sites.
Responsible for public reputation management, with a focus on online presence.
Responsible for consistent promotion of positive online reviews.
Maintains and updates Google Business Listing.
Reviews and approves social media content ensuring it adheres to brand standards.
Operations: Produces reports and communicates with senior management.
Facilitates systems for multiple touchpoints with prospects, residents and their guarantors.
Updates Lorenzo Active Building with all upcoming events.
Manages all resident reservations on Active Building.
Responsible for organization and inventory of all marketing and event storage areas.
Remains up to date and knowledgeable of all amenity hours and shuttle schedules in accordance with the most recent Resident Handbook and Amenities Guidelines.
Coordinates with other Lorenzo department heads as necessary to execute operational needs.
Turn and move in day duties as assigned including, but not limited to, planning, budgeting, catering, monitoring staff, decorating, creating signage, and set up.
Promotes and upholds company values, employee promise, policies, and initiatives.
Other duties and additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS Frequently move/traverse, ascend/descend stairs in/around apartment homes and community.
Constantly operates computer and other office machinery.
Constantly positions self to sit, bend, stoop, reach, and lift.
Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 50lbs without assistance; frequently lift/move/carry up to 5lbs.
Subject to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Interacts with the general public and holds face to face discussions.
1-2 years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media, or equivalent education preferred.
2-3 years of event management experience, preferred.
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Experience with Canva or similar design platform.
