The Role:
We are seeking a Regional Community Lead who will focus on increasing enrollment rates within our Guidepost Montessori school locations.
This role entails managing 10-14 accounts at a time, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
This position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments, possess a growth-oriented mindset, and are skilled at incrementally defining their role as they advance.
In collaboration with various internal teams and your regional team, you will ensure each of our schools achieves or maintains strong enrollment numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional enrollment strategies, focusing on meeting and surpassing quarterly enrollment targets through effective marketing and sales tactics.
Plan and assist in executing monthly region-wide events to increase awareness and engagement within target school communities.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Undertake local outreach and grassroots marketing campaigns to enhance school visibility, brand presence, and attract prospective families.
Act as a vital connector between your region's schools and the broader marketing and admissions team, providing guidance on marketing strategies and best practices.
Regularly report on enrollment performance and metrics, offering insightful analysis and strategic recommendations for future growth.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on growth achievements.
Exceptional project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and adeptly managing complex projects with changing timelines.
Knowledge of the early childhood education sector, with a Montessori background seen as a bonus.
High degree of independence, efficiency, and confidence, along with a readiness to adapt and learn from mistakes.
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a flexible, innovative approach.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Manager, and social media platforms is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or similar role.
