*We are looking for a friendly and professional sales associate to join our Farmers Market sales team, selling pies at our Mar Vista market on Sundays!*
Since our humble start in 2020 at a single farmers market selling frozen meat pies, we’ve grown to 7 bustling markets by 2024.
Expanding into other frozen products and scrumptious baked goods has been an adventure of learning and growth.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Set up tent and equipment
* Present a clean and professional storefront
* Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner
* Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products
* Answer all customer questions and address concerns
* Make helpful suggestions that will be useful to the customer
* Handle all transactions with accuracy
* Break down tent and equipment in an efficient and organized manner
*Requirements and Qualifications*
* Food Handler’s Certificate (can be obtained within 30 days upon hiring)
* 1-2 years of retail experience desired
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage in dialogue with strangers comfortably
* Must be honest, reliable, and punctual
* Positive attitude with a can-do spirit
* Ability to follow instructions with consistency
* Ability to run the cash register (experience with Square POS a plus)
* Familiarity with Slack desired
* Able to memorize product line features and specifications
* Must be willing to drive to assigned market
* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
* Must be comfortable working outside, rain or shine
