STARK is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator in our Los Angeles, CA showroom.
This is a great opportunity for design industry enthusiasts to start up with one of the biggest names in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support for Account Managers
All presale functions including:
Shopping
Sample shipping
Quotes
Reserves
Labor quotes
Initiating measures/service calls
Assist AMs with showroom coverages, order conversion and processing, follow up and billing.
Generate and track purchase orders
Troubleshoot logistics issues
Coordinate scheduling of installations, deliveries, service calls, and measures directly with the client.
Interaction with clients in the showroom, or via telephone/email as needed and as per direction of AM
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must possess a strong interest in the interior design trade as well as interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook with data entry capabilities
Must be extremely detail-oriented and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
Must posses a pleasant demeanor, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and speak in a clear, articulate manner
Strong math skills preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum one year of experience in a position with customer-facing activities preferred
