*Key Responsibilities:*
* Preparing Pricing Proposals
* Partner with the account executives and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
* Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
* Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes
* Engage with multiple account executives on a daily basis
* Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed
*Required Qualifications and Competencies*

* Sales experience, sales internship, or related experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
* Effective negotiation skills and objection handling
* Ability to be coachable, work independently with little instruction, and adapt to change
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
* Team-oriented peer with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player
* Ability to listen, learn, and implement strategies from our Top Tier training program
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
* Ability to leverage our strategic partnerships with DHL International, UPS, and various carriers to provide the best customized solution to meet and exceed our customers' needs.
