This is a B2B outside sales relationship role.

Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at plan with benefits Responsibilities: Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends Grow and maintain customer relationships Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) Company sales meetings Follow all company outside sales representative duties Set appointments Sales talk and objection handler mastery Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Follow the business plan Client lunches and events Door to door b2b sales Cold calling Build client relationships Qualifications: Should have working knowledge of a CRM Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines Proven track record in sales Great communication A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills 21 years of age or older Goal oriented Self-starter Good first impression with people Teamwork experience You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals About Company Our team of experts provides services for hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead, mold, and bacteria, just to name a few.
