JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Training Manager is responsible for delivering sales training efforts across the VinFast portfolio.
This will focus primarily on inside sales and retail training.
The primary responsibilities include coordinating, developing, planning, and managing new hire and ongoing ad-hoc training from beginning to end.
This position will be relied on to identify needs assessment to improve sales across all departments.
The sales training manager will also manage a training team.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
Identify and assess training needs of sales and retail sales through job analysis and consultation with managers and team members
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
Consulting with sales management and frontline associates to create training manuals that target tangible results
Effectively manage and collaborate with content developer, facilitator, and training coordinator and cross function teams to create sales training effectiveness
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
Oversee class participant enrollment process and course completion records
Managing the delivery of quality and effectiveness of all training courses to meet or exceed VinFast standards
Creating job aides, competitive comparisons, product knowledge sheets, to enhance sales associates
Partnering and collaborating with supplier support on product launches
Support Director of National Sales Training with other responsibilities as assigned or required
