The Role The Account Executive, Entertainment Partnerships will support an account in CAA’s Brand Consulting department specifically providing support for a telecom and entertainment client.
The candidate will support internal account leads on executing the client’s Entertainment Marketing partnerships portfolio, including national music tours, music festivals, media and entertainment partnerships across film and TV.
The role includes coordinating program/project timelines, working closely with partners and vendors, supporting the execution of onsite activations, and providing consistent, high-quality service and communications to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Problem Solving Measure impact of programs; produce reports to demonstrate campaign progress and KPI success Vision Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally, activation decks, campaign go-to-market plans, and program/event recaps with oversight from account leads Critical Thinking Demonstrate critical thinking with focus on proactiveness, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Client Presence Support account leads in facilitating consistent and comprehensive communication with clients, partnership/vendor contacts, and internal teams (e.
g.
, status reports, recaps, follow-ups, etc.
) as needed Work closely with sports & entertainment talent team on talent integration and involvement in key activations and events Building Relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure streamlined execution of national programming and events as needed Learning Agility Execute all agency protocols, including vendor agreements, accounting processes, recaps, etc.
Client Service Day-to-Day asset management of festival and music partnerships - track and manage assigned deliverables of national music tour and/or local music festivals including branded activations, media entitlements, ticket banks, etc.
Initiative Support senior entertainment partnerships team members as needed Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience with brand marketing /sports & entertainment agency business Previous experience in the Music Industry, at an Entertainment Company, or at Brand focused within Entertainment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience Agency or entertainment and music property experience highly preferred Direct client servicing experience and strong relationships building skills Creative and strategic thinker Strong writing and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who is also able to take direction Extremely organized and detail oriented, with high importance put on deliverables and meeting deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) with strong use of Excel and PowerPoint required Travel required (up to 20% both locally and nationally) Interest in multicultural marketing, Latin music, is a plus Music Festival experience and understanding Location This role will be based in the Los Angeles or New York office.
Hybrid schedule.
Compensation The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $53,400 - $72,300.
This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
