About Our Client:
They automate the end-to-end appointment-setting process for B2B companies using AI for 1/10 of the cost of using a human.
They've built an AI SDR that can book meetings for sales teams for 10x less than hiring an agency or human SDR.
The product is built to take a cold random stranger on LinkedIn or email and turn them into booked meetings.
That means - upload a list of prospects and watch the product:
Conduct research on each individual
Create hyper-relevant sequences
Answer prospect’s questions, comments, and concerns
Offer times
Book meetings
What You'll Do:
Founding Account Executive
This role will be a Account Executive that reports directly to the CEO.
As an Account Executive you'll be responsible for closing $500k per year in new ARR from your accounts.
You'll partner closely with our CEO to:
Take over SMB sales.
This entails taking the rough playbook created by our founder when selling 1-2 seat deals between $500-$1,000 per month.
Low ticket - high volume sales.
You will need to codify the playbook, improve it, and make it unbreakable and repeatable .
Help lay the groundwork for an amazing GTM culture
Refine pitch & messaging
Explore marketing and branding efforts to drive inbound
Help develop and create the next sales playbook for larger enterprise accounts.
$4k/mo to $20k/mo contracts.
You will eventually move from SMB sales to these enterprise sales, so a background in both is highly encouraged.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Swiss Army Knife Founding Account Executive.
This role will entail managing internal sales accounts, customer success, support, closing demo calls, and of course, using your boots on the ground experience to help influence the product roadmap.
You will be selling the best outbound tool on the market to SMB accounts (early stage startups, marketing companies, and professional service companies pre their first sales hire).
You will also be setting up systems, playbooks, and best practices for future sales hires.
This entails setting up CRMs, tracking documents, sales software, decks, one pagers, case studies, and building an unbreakable sales foundation as we continue to scale.
Finally, you will work with the CEO in exploring and creating an upmarket playbook (ie.
selling yearly agreements in more established sales organizations selling to SMBs).

Your background:
3+ years B2B SaaS Sales experience
2+ years in a closing role for anywhere between $3k-250k deal size
Stellar track record of achievement (consistent 100%+ attainment, Presidents Club, etc.
)
Experience at a hyper-growth startup (Seed or Series A not necessary, but is a plus)

Compensation : 60k Base Salary / 110k OTE | 36k Equity Package with four year vest Unlimited PTO + Benefits (Dinner at the office, gym stipend)
