Job Overview
We're looking for an Account Manager who is not only excited to work in a fast-paced tech environment but also has an exceptional work ethic.
This isn't just a 9-5 job; we're looking for someone who is eager to go above and beyond to succeed and who thrives on hard work and challenges.
This position is based in our El Segundo CA office.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of key advertising accounts
Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs
Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance
Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Analyze campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
Prepare reports, proposals, and contracts for clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain a deep understanding of Flip products and services
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in advertising or technology sectors
Exceptional work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite and CRM software
Previous experience in a technology company is a plus
