Ready for a new challenge? Summary of Position The Marketing Manager - CRM will support the development and execution of CRM strategies and programs across Nexon’s portfolio of virtual worlds in the Western market.
This role will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM campaigns for existing and new games to meet and exceed KPI goals.
This position’s ideal candidate has experience working in the gaming industry, is analytical and detail-oriented, a motivated self-starter, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.
Job Responsibilities Manage email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns from concept to successful execution with a focus on retention and increased ROI.
Liaise with stakeholders (Brand, Production, Creative, Web Dev, etc.
) to create impactful email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns, win-back programs, and other player lifecycle initiatives and ensure quality from start to end Optimize email, SMS, and push notification campaigns through continuous testing of creative, messaging, targeting, etc.
Monitor campaign results ensure KPIs are being met, compile weekly reports and campaign post mortems, and provide recommendations based on data Create benchmark data and best practices for future initiatives from internal products and competitors Monitor email deliverability and ensure best practices are met for data privacy, opt-in standards, creative, etc.
Ad-hoc reports and other duties as assigned Work Experience 3+ years of hands on experience with email and push notification marketing with knowledge of best practices and optimizations in the digital space Hands on experience executing multiple email and push marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment from planning to deployment Proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing email and push programs to meet business goals Experience running triggered email campaigns and making optimizations throughout the program period Impeccable attention to details, deadlines and accuracy with minimal supervision on projects Ability to develop structured and ad hoc campaign reports incorporating multiple data points from product, website, campaigns, etc.
Results-driven personality who is self-motivated and consistently delivers high quality work despite managing multiple projects Ability to adapt and solve problems calmly without losing focus of the original goals or objectives Has excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams Gaming or Entertainment experience a plus but not required Basic HTML knowledge a plus but not required Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge/Skills Hands-on experience with Email Marketing Solutions such as Acoustic (IBM Watson) Passion for entertaining people and excited to be part of a team that works the same way Application of critical thinking and analysis to projects and workflow Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while maintaining an ability to always stay focused on the work at hand Must be self-motivated and prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a global company Very organized with excellent time-management and project management skills Ability to take direction, be solution driven and manage priorities with self-sufficiency with potential remote team members Adept at managing up and in partnership with a complex matrix of partners across regions JIRA, Confluence, and/or other project management tools (Preferred) Microsoft Office & Google Suite experience Management has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually) The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position.
An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
