Funko is seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate Project Manager to join the Pop! Yourself team and assist in our continued growth and expansion.
The Project Manager is responsible for concurrently managing both short and long-term business operations projects, and working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do This role will oversee day-to-day operations of the Pop! Yourself business, ensuring the successful delivery of Pop! Yourself products to customers.
In partnership with the VP & Director of POP! Yourself, develop comprehensive strategies for key projects and initiatives that are aligned with POP! Yourself’s objectives.
This includes collaborations, campaigns, and other key beats.
Lead maintenance and creation of internal tools, calendars, trackers, and documentation for the Pop! Yourself business Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to cross functional partners such us operations (3PL), digital, marketing, and product teams relating to the execution of POP! Yourself projects Partner closely with cross functional teams to document and establish processes, as well as streamline and centralize communications Act as a resource to troubleshoot issues, navigate bottlenecks, identify potential causes for delays, and develop solutions for operational improvement in the future In partnership with Planning and the DTC coordinator, maintain assortment updates and effectively communicate changes to cross functional partners Maintain close coordination with Merchandising, PD, Funko South, and Marketing counterparts to proactively plan, track, and execute launch of new product launches or other tentpole initiatives Lead, build, and foster strong relationships with all content partners, studios, agencies, clients across Funko’s portfolio, especially as it relates to new product launches, key marketing beats and approvals What You Will Bring 5-7 years experience in Project Management, Marketing, Licensing, and/or E-commerce Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Adept at managing and collaborating with various personalities and communication styles; ability to anticipate needs and be proactive Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required Proven ability to drive change and results through influential leadership skills Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and ability to identify common ground amongst individuals with divergent priorities and perspectives Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Demonstrated positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable item Project-oriented, entrepreneurial, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field; MBA preferred In summary, you are….
