Sales Associate

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits - Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems - Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Experience: - Previous experience in cash handling and basic math skills is preferred - Experience in technology sales, electronics sales, or jewelry sales is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Ability to demonstrate product features through product demos - Bilingual skills are an asset for better customer engagement - Knowledge of technical specifications for technical sales We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Associate.
