* Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by client, with the goal of building rapport and converting them into customers.
* Effectively communicate client's value proposition and key offerings to potential clients.
* Follow up on leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and other digital platforms.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize the lead conversion process.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Provide regular updates and reports on lead conversion progress to the supervisor.
