Title: Coordinator, Promotions and Partnerships

Statement of the Job:
Assist the Marketing Partnerships Team with planning, execution and tracking of promotional and corporate partnerships for Walt Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Bowl, and The Ford seasons.
Essential Functions:
Oversee all aspects of promotional events, including pre-/post-concert receptions at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and tabling activations at the Hollywood Bowl and The Ford.
Support the Corporate Sponsorship teams with on-site activations and sponsor events at the Walt Disney Hall, Hollywood Bowl and The Ford.
Coordinate off-site promotion activations that help support each season, including logistics, day-of management, and volunteer recruitment.
Act as a brand ambassador at all activations, providing visitors with knowledge on our upcoming seasons and events.
Coordinate and manage promotional giveaways with community radio stations including KPFK, KXLU, etc.
Manage all promotional assets (creative, copy, images, etc.
) and distribute to relevant parties as needed.
Research new community partners to engage with each season.
Oversee both internal and external distribution of seasonal brochures and other promotional materials to cultural organizations.
Support Sr Manager and Manager of Promotions & Partnerships on planning and execution of additional promotions events, including the annual Partner Picnic at the Hollywood Bowl.
Support the Analytics & Audience Development team with special interest group events (i.
e.
CODA), as needed.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years promotional experience in the Los Angeles area
Background in Audience development and hospitality event planning a plus
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Capable of working as a member of a team as well as independently
Passion for music
Availability to work nights and weekends
