Retail Sales Associate

We started as a traveling sample sale back in 2008 and we currently have 2 brick and mortar stores: Larchmont Village in Los Angeles and Lincoln Blvd.
in Santa Monica.
What sets us apart from other retailers: After working with so many different clients over time, we found that a lot of clients really appreciate the personal styling that we offer, as part of our in-store experience.
When we’re out shopping ourselves, we love experiencing the knowledge and tailored assistance of those that know their shops.
We know our shops.
We really aim to help clients (and really friends, over time) find the best pieces that they’ll wear many times over.
Our client needs range from needing a whole new wardrobe to just a couple pieces to refresh their closet or finding that special event dress or vacation piece.
Many people find themselves sticking with what they’re comfortable with or used to wearing; we give them that little push to go just a smidge past their usual (while still in their comfort zone) and they find that those are the pieces that make their closet a little extra special.
We like to really get to know our clients and their lifestyles.
And then correspondingly, find them those pieces that they’ll use and love.
We are looking for an extremely intuitive and self-motivated retail sales associate.
This role requires at least 3-5 years of women's clothing retail experience.
Preferably more.
Our team is extremely small (most of our associates have been with us for 5-7+ years) and this is a long-term position for the right person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -2-3 days on the sales floor -organization of incoming stock and keeping the stock room updated -social media pictures/planning Schedule-wise, we'd prefer availability Monday-Friday.
We offer competitive pay with much higher than normal retail sales commissions.
We're a very small team that works well together.
