Used Car Sales Manager

The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a *Used Car Sales Manager *for our *Santa Monica Ford Lincoln *location in *Santa Monica, CA.
* With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and California; the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well! In the position of *Used CarSales Manager *reporting to the *General Manager*,the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the Used Car Sales Department strategies and will be required to be an active force in driving sales through exceptional customer service and selling skills.
*You will be accountable for:* * Managing the used car vehicle inventory and sales.
* Setting sales goals, tracking progress, and leading the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
* Coaching salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and providing advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
* Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters.
* Stepping in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
* Coordinating and leading all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
* Developing and managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek new prospective sales.
* Maintaining a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
* Other related duties.
*To be successful in this role, you must have:* * A valid Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Dedication to providing great customer service.
