The Assisted Living profession is unique in nature and for that reason, we are currently looking for a proven leader who is currently positioned as a VP of Sales & Marketing or has a large portfolio as a Regional Director of Sales.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and public relations
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and operations, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
*Qualifications for the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Assisted Living*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly, preferred in order to be considered to run the assisted/independent living home.
* Masters Degree
* 8+ Years experience as either a Regional Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales of an assisted living company.
* Multi-Site Experience is a must
* Sales & Marketing proficient
* Fair, balanced leader than mentors teams
* Love for Seniors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
00 - $100,000.
