My roommate is moving out soon, so I am now looking for a new one! The idea is for it to be a long term arrangement, provided we get along well.
There is some flexibility with the move-in date, but it has to be during the month of April (can be May 1st as well).
Cost: your share of the rent would be $1150, plus utilities (internet, gas and electricity.

Your half of the utilities would range from about $90 to $160, depending on the month (electric tends to vary a lot).
One month's rent required as deposit.
The apartment: it's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with washer/dryer in unit.
We also have a backyard that we share with the other tenants (4 apartments in total).
The building is old, but well maintained, has lots of character (very "Old hollywood"), in a pretty quiet street.
Hardwood floors throughout.
This is a chill, quiet building so if you are the kind of person who likes to bring the party home with you, this one is not for you.
Common areas are furnished, but I am open to making changes.
The room: it's 10x12, with three windows and a small walk-in closet.
Two windows face the street, one window faces the backyard.
It will be unfurnished.
Parking: there is no parking provided, but parking around here is pretty easy.
Permits are available if you want them, but almost none of my previous roommates have needed one.
The neighborghood: it's Hollywood, almost West Hollywood.
Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, both on Sycamore and on Melrose, plus all the stores on La Brea.
Sprouts, Target, Best Buy all within walking distance.
Also easy access to public transport.
About me: Im a 40 year old male, single, respectful, clean and friendly.
Non smoker, no drugs, no pets.
Good communication is key to a good living situation! I mostly work from home, but from my bedroom; not from the common areas.
It has never been an issue.
About you: Reasonably quiet, clean and respectful of common areas.
No smokers please and no pets.
Vapers will be considered, but only to be done outside of the apartment.
Open to all ages and sexual orientations/gender identities.
Friends can come visit of course, but if you intend to have friends over all the time, this isn't the right place.
So please get in touch.
