This is great for USC students since it is near campus, within 1 mile.

You don’t have to be a student to rent out a room, but yes you do have to be clean and employed without the drama.
If you work in downtown LA or anywhere on the west side, even Santa Monica, want to save gas and parking fees, the Expo Line is within walking distance.
Nice neighborhood, very diverse with friendly neighbors all around.
If you have a dog , your welcome to join the many local residents that walk their dogs around the neighborhood, or meet up at the local coffee shop.
The house is fully furnished , washer dryer, fridge stove central air.
Two bedrooms share one bathroom.
Utilities Included, NO SUB LEASING.
Parking is limited to one space, I apologize, but there is plenty of street parking available.
