A minimum of a six month lease and one month's rent as security deposit are required.
The 2-story house is located in the West Adams area - about 2 miles from the USC campus.
It is spacious with 7 bedrooms and 2 shared baths.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the upstairs and 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dinning room and big kitchen on the downstairs.
There are also 3 refrigerators in the house.

The rent includes all the utilities (water, electricity, trash collection and WiFi - but no cable).
There is also a back yard, but NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
There is washer and dryer (free) in the back of the house.
One off-street parking spot is available for $50 per month.
Since there are 7 people living under the same roof, we want just one person living in the room.
The tenants are mostly in 20's and 30's.
We all get along and hang out time-to-time.
We'd like to find someone who is in the similar age group (20's and 30's) and will be a good fit for the house.
