Room for rent for 3 or 6 months, ( lease is up in 6 months so you can choose to resign) or three months I’m going away to take care of a sick family member if you only want to stay for three months that’s fine I’ll come back, if longer I’ll stay back home.
It’s 1,350 a month plus about 150 for amenities.
Private bath, shared living room and huge back yard.
Safe neighborhood in Midcity Close to two major bus routes on pico and Venice.
My Roomate does have a small dog.
Laundry in house and huge Parking space.
You’ll room with two friendly roomates and one Roomate in a studio behind the house.
The pictures include my things in them which will be cleared out, unfurnished room.
