Hey there! We're three awesome guys in our 30s and one friendly cat on the hunt for a new roommate to join our crew! Our spacious 3-story house is located in the perfect spot - on the boarder of Venice and Del Mar, a short walk to all the shops/restaurants on Abbot Kinney.
We are looking for a minimum of a year commitment by signing a lease.
You'll be renting a cozy 100 sqft bedroom (9x12) with a shared bath, and if you need some extra workspace, we've got an optional shared office loft space for you to set up shop.
Plus, you'll have access to our large living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and garage storage space.
Rent is $1260 a month, and we split the bills evenly, which usually comes out to around $200.
And don't worry, we're all clean and respectful, and we love to stay active and have fun.
To level set - we have a zero-tolerance policy for hard drugs and BS!
