We are one male and one female (non couple) living in a duplex.

Large kitchen with wood countertops
Main living space has lots of window, bright light and many plants
Hard wood floors
Storage closet for bikes
The bedroom easily fits a queen sized bed and large dresser
The closet has built in shelving above and all along the right wall.
Has a recently renovated bathroom that’s shared with one roommate
Bathroom has cabinets inside and linen closets just outside the bathroom for storage
A couple minutes walk to the Venice-Lincoln intersection
9 minute bike ride to the beach
Whole Foods and Ralph’s are 5 minutes away
Walking distance to many restaurants, mechanics, pharmacy, bike repair shop, carwash.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible roommate.
We respect each other and the integrity of the space (aka being considerate of noise and cleanliness).
A little about us - Natalia likes to cook, going to the beach, and game night.
Philippe loves films, playing tennis, and traveling.
We’re looking for someone with a stable income, clean and considerate, who and values healthy honest communication.
The lease is month to month.
Rent is $1450/month
Security deposit of $1900
Utilities are ~$40 per person per month (water, gas, power, sewage)
WiFi is free
Landlord pays gardener
The room is available.
Non-smoking of any kind per the lease
No pets
