Hello and Welcome! A bedroom has opened up in our upstairs three bedroom apartment, and is available.
The apartment is two cis-het guys and was a cis-het gal, but she had to go back home to Japan for citizenship reasons.
All just to say that this room is open for anyone 😁 You will share a bathroom and hallway storage with one other person.
The room is 12' 8" x 11'2".
There's one washer and one dryer (“WASH Connect” app-based payments) for the building, and there are 8 units on-site, but it's not hard to get a load done when you need to.
There are also several great laundromats pretty close by.
Utilities are just WiFi (monthly Spectrum -$26.
67) and electricity (LADWP every other month ~ $28-$45).
This room is open now, so if you move in any day besides the 1st of April or May, rent will be pro-rated for the month so you won’t have to pay a full month’s rent for just a part of the month.
This will be calculated as: rent x (days left in the month/ total days in move in month) We have plenty of kitchen stuff, two fridges and pretty much everything you would need in a kitchen, but having doubles and triples is no problem and we don’t mind sharing .
Our living room is already furnished, but we're open to switching out our items if yours are better.
The bedroom will be unfurnished, and sadly, the building doesn’t allow pets.
There’s a tandem parking spot, but we’re on top of rotating spots and parking on the street when we can.
Ticket hours for one side of the street is Wed 8a-10a and Thurs 8a-10a for the other side.

Thanks LA 🙄 The neighborhood is super convenient and highly walkable in my opinion.
Everything is close by, but some highlights are: the post office being literally 15 seconds away walking since we share the alley with them, the UPS store a 1.
5 min walk away does Amazon returns without needing a shipping label or a box 🎉, and being centrally located between the beach and downtown.
