Must be responsible (pay rent on time, good credit, no drugs, no-smoking, no pets, no loud music and no drama), very clean, respectful of others and generally quiet, and proof of fully being vaccinated and boostered, as we are vaccinated also.
We love international people.
This room is only for one person and NO pets.
The room is 12’ x 13', has hardwood floors, with a remodeled shared bathroom, large closet.
This is a peaceful environment.
Room has been repainted, floors and furniture polished and curtains just dry-cleaned.
Rent is $1,200 (includes all utilities and Wi-Fi) + Deposit $1,200.
Deposit due prior to move in.
1st month's rent due on move-in day.

Month to month rental only, must stay at least three months.
If you own a car, Parking Permit is available separately for $30 every 4 ½months.
