The room is about 12 x 12' with hardwood floor and windows looking out to the grassy front yard and camellia and rose bushes.
The closet is small, but there is some additional storage in the garage if needed.
The room is furnished with a comfortable, queen-sized bed, desk and dresser.
There is one full bath and one 3/4 bath, and both bathrooms are shared.
The house is a charming traditional home with a living room (with a real fireplace), dining room and a den.
Hardwood floors are throughout, except for ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, large greenhouse window, as well as a washer and dryer.
The backyard is huge, with orange and persimmon trees.
There's easy permit parking on the street.
The house is centrally located -- only a 10-15 minute drive to UCLA and Westwood, the 10 and 405 freeways, Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica College, Venice Beach and many media and production offices.
It's the perfect place to land in West LA if you don't have a car.
Bus stops are located within blocks.
Sawtelle, Trader Joe's, Ralph's and Target are walking distance.
Also, Stoner Park is nearby with public tennis courts and a pool that's open in summer.
About us: We are professionals who work full-time, are active and health-conscious.
We like a calm, relaxing environment at home.
We keep quiet hours from 11pm to 9am.
No smoking indoors or out.
We also do not use synthetic fragrances or burn incense or scented candles in the house to maintain good indoor air quality.
We use non-toxic cleaning products and avoid ones with strong fragrances.
