Hi! I’m looking to move at the end of the month and need someone to rent a spacious 9 x 11 room in a brand new renovated apartment in Mid City with 2 other roomates who are 22 M and 23 F.
Move in/out date would be from January 1st - October 1st.
The deposit to move in would be $200 the landlord will require proof of income and credit check.
After approval of your application you will be on the lease.
I also have a brand new mattress that is only 2 months basically brand new and a bed frame that I can leave for an extra $125! Please contact my number for more details!
